As each of us grows older so does our hair and nails. The most obvious sign of aging in the hair is a change in the color. This is because there is less melanin produced in the hair follicles colored new hair the older we got. This is the same melanin that gives our skin its color and causes the hair to become gray. But, aging will affect our hair in other ways as well.
Here is the proteins strand that grows through an open follicle in the skin. A single hair has a normal life span of four to five years and then falls out which is replaced with the new hair. How much hair on the body and head is determined by your genes what almost everyone experiences loss with aging. Not only that but the hair strand becomes smaller and have less pigments and as well as many hair follicles just stop producing new pairs altogether. Read more...

Glycolic as it is the smallest alpha hydroxy acids known to man. It is colorless, odorless and highly soluble in water. Researchers have used it in a variety of skin care products but it’s original preparation was used in the manufacture of metals. Because of its excellent capability to penetrate the skin, dermatologists use it in skin care products and often as a chemical peel.
Dermatologists believe that it improves the skins appearance in texture and may reduce wrinkles, acne, scarring and hyperpigmentation. Once the chemical is applied to the skin it reacts with the upper layer of the epidermis and allows the outer skin to dissolve more easily revealing the new cells beneath.
Glycolic as it has also found uses in the textile industry as a dying and tanning agents for materials and as a flavoring agents and preservative in the food industry. It might be added to any ink and paint in order to improve flow properties or in part a gloss on the final product. Read more...

Eating lots of citrus and vegetables
Greens and citrus like lemons, grapefruit, and oranges are high in Vitamin C, a natural antioxidant. This wonder worker serves as a primary ingredient of collagen, a glue-like protein that binds cells together to form tissues, and makes up about 25% of the whole-body protein content.
